Jesper Phinkermann
Herr Jesper Phinkermann (a.k.a. The Meister)
An Altdorfer, Jesper Phinkermann was one of the many apprentice apothecaries working in the narcotics production line of The SchwarzeNägel. Currently serving as one of Roger Klopp's personal assistants after attracting the Reckoner's attention by alerting him to a potentially tainted shipment of Adder Root, Phinkermann is now tasked with handling Klopp's medical needs and the odd poisoning or two when the Reckoner needs a lesson taught.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Phinkermann is of average height and weight. While slightly bookish in looks, a rough life in the ghettos of Altdorf has made him no pushover in physical terms.

There's a sense of hidden and potential physical strength in Phinkermann's teenage frame. He's yet to grow to his full physical prime.
Apparel & Accessories
Phinkermann dresses simply, not bothering to spend coin for more than serviceable clothes. He always wears a backpack.

Personal history
Having grown up in poorer part of Altdorf, Phinkermann made a conscious choice to join the criminal world. He was attracted to the profits of the drug trade and joined the SchwarzeNägel, hoping to learn make drugs and, later on, create the perfect narcotic for sale. Apprenticed to Walther Weiss for the better part of a year, Phinkermann quickly picked up the apothecaries trade though he is but a novice yet. Weiss seconded the young man to Roger Klopp upon the Reckoner's request.
Education
Phinkermann received a basic education in Altdorf and is literate. He is not particularly fond of literature but is more than willing to pore over books detailing chemistry.

Social Aptitude
Impatient and inquisitive (some would say overly so), Phinkermann can be prone to complaining but has been taught to hold his tongue when necessary. The Reckoner's admonishment seems to have some effect.
Relationships
History
Phinkermann caught Klopp's eye when the boy showed up at his Altdorf office, practically demanding that the Reckoner halt the latest shipment of Adder Root that day as it was tainted. Further inspection proved the boy right as the shipment had been sabotaged by rival gangs and those responsible were held to account. Klopp took a liking the boy, even with his somewhat crass demeanour, and hopes to teach him some patience as the old man is wont to do for the younglings. Phinkermann is thankful for the lessons in life Klopp has to offer but more importantly, for access to his extensive library.
