Wyrm
No, dragons aren't related to those creatures! That's like asking if humans are related to apes!
Vile Serpentine
Wyrms are almost exclusively found in the Dragons' Domain. They are long serpentine creatures, unable to fly they half slither half shuffle along the ground. They all have six legs, each with slender fingers and long sharp talons. Their face is narrow and their jawline is long and nearly pointed.
A wyrm never stops growing in its life. Hatchlings are typically two feet long with a girth of only a few inches, about the size of a full-grown man's arm. A wyrm is considered fully mature after ten years when it reaches 15 feet in length. Although since they never stop growing wyrms have been known to be several hundred feet long, long enough to lay all the way around hills or even castles.
