VSpace Community Guidelines
These guidelines apply to conduct and behavior on all VSpace websites, virtual tabletop sessions, and voice chat services (“Services”). We appreciate you taking the time to review this simple set of guidelines as their purpose is to ensure that, together, we provide a safe, fair and fun environment for all players.
The guidelines can change at the administration's sole discretion as necessary to best benefit the VSpace community and cultivate an atmosphere appropriate to the game and its gaming forum. Despite our best efforts to detail the guidelines with specific examples, there will always be areas that will be ultimately handled on a per incident basis by the VSpace Adminstrative Team.
Rules of Conduct
To keep the Service a compliant, fun, fair and safe gaming environment for everyone, you may not engage in any of the following behavior:
- Post, transmit, promote, or distribute Content that is illegal or promote or encourage any illegal activity including hacking, cracking or distribution of counterfeit software.
- Upload or attempt to distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted data, or malicious software.
- Harass, threaten, embarrass, or do anything to another player that is unwanted. This includes posting insulting, offensive, or abusive comments about players, repeatedly sending unwanted messages, attacking a player based on race, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, heritage, etc. Hate speech is not tolerated.
Complaints arising from vioilations of these guidelines will be investigated and decided by the administrative team. Actions may be addressed by a warning, temporary removal of chat/voice privleges, or being kicked from the service. In the event of ejection during a paid month's patronage, that fee will be refunded.
