Empress Setisa Hokra
Setisa was born during the Unification war, and grew up with an overprotective mother. Who happened to be the Queen who started the war.
Some say Setisa was made soft by being protected from everything, and it may have gotten her killed in the end.
Setisa became the first Empress of the Mregian Empire after Pevytos died. it wasn't a big surprise that Setisa wasn't prepared for such a big responsibility, but she still did admirably. She was an affectionate and gentle nature, and wanted to help her people without resorting to violence, like her mother did.

Personal history
Setisa was more focused on healing her country rather than going into another war across the sea. She passed several laws that helped to relieve tensions between Mregians, Vernans, and Kalgitians.
Unfortunately she died in battle fighting Rezakian pirates who attacked her whilst she was giving aid to a coastal town which was particularly damaged by the war.
The pirates landed on a beach-head and hastily tore through the town, looting and burning as they went. Setisa did not have many guards with her, as she thought they would not be needed, and would only cause unease. The Rezakians outnumbered her and her small force as they helped the towns people escape. This was the spark that started the Rezakian war.
