Kepara

A Kepara is the captain of a ship in the Mregian navy, O.M.R. They can command a ship of any size, including an airship. It is a tradition for a Kepara to supply his/her own ship, wether it be constructed, bought, or even stolen from the enemy. A ship can simply be given by the Kerparas' superior, which is usually preferable to waiting for a new ship to be built, or a sub-par ship joining the fleet.   The Kepara will then choose a first mate (Trysim), crew (Gaho) and a name for their ship. Though the navy is separate from O.M.E.F (United Mregian Armed forces), a Kepara is equal to a Setik in rank.
