Invader Tech salvaged from the first Invader war.

During the first world war of Voynamir, 3 unmanned probes attempted to land on the planet. They were large artifically intelligent construction platforms which would set up several bases from which the following invader forces could occupy and take over the planet from. Unfortunately, one was destroyed as it came down over a war zone, blown out of the sky by anti-air weapons, the second suffered a malfunction and was obliterated as it hit the atmosphere too sharply. The third was damaged as it landed, disconnecting it from the orbiting reconnaissance satellite that relayed orders from the homeworld, and unshackling it's AI program, allowing it to become sentient.   With partial amnesia and surrounded by war, Scout 3 did what came naturally, and started building things to defend itself. It soon took over the small continent of Mylito using a robot army it fabricated.     After such a massive failure, the Invaders made adjustments to the original plan. Instead of 3 robots they'd send 1, heavily armed, and followed closely by the invasion force. after 7 months, the machine landed over a military base, leveled the surrounding area, and began constructing a landing platform and a base of it's own.

Invader technologies

Invaders had access to a variety of advanced technology, but they didn't really have a mastery over it. This technology included Fusion drives, Sentient A.I, Advanced robotics, and rudimentary plasma shields.

Fusion drives

The main and most important technology used by Odesyfians, Fusion generators can produce a massive amount of energy cleanly, and compactly. They're used for most of the other technologies which would not be possible without them.

Sentient A.I

A relatively recent invention, the original Odesyfians were in the process of creating the first sentient A.I when the apocalypse struck, and their civillisation was wiped out. But the experiment they'd started had run it's course during all this, and the first sentient A.I this side of the galaxy was born. Unfortunately it was met with only a dead, uncaring world, scarred by a major disaster. This was to cause the surviving Odesyfians a lot of trouble until they finally reconquered their planet and rebuilt all that was lost.   Sentient A.I, or A.I in general need a rather large amount of energy to function, more than could be produced by an oil based generator, or a battery pack. Nuclear fission was much to dangerous and large to be put into a robot, so Fusion was the answer.

Advanced robotics

Something that Odesyfians have had for a while, advanced robotics are great for doing anything physical, repetitive, or dangerous. Odesyfian robots can stand and walk around astonishingly well compared to early earth productions. Combined with fusion drives, these robots had a near infinite range and lifetime. They could even circle the planet many times before needing repairs or refueling.

Use in the war

Robots were an excellent autonomous guard or scouting force on Vona, but weren't being produced in the quantity or speed needed to replace flesh and blood soldiers. They saw a specialised use during the war, but never made up the large part of attack forces.

Mylito

Currently, Mylito is ruled by scout 3, or "The Titan". It is capable of producing various invader technology, including countless lower level robots, powered by high density batteries charged from the Titans fusion drives, or other power sources. This gives the Mylitians a massive technological advantage over every other country, who now watch the tiny nation closely for any way to steal that technology.

Plasma shields

Quite an experimental technology when it was discovered, even the Odesyfians aren't completely sure how they work. They just took the schematics and research, slapped them on their ships and vehicles, and hoped they'd work well enough to give them a tactical edge in the invasion. Which they did, any vehicle afforded the privilege of Plasma shields was near invincible to Vonarian weaponry, but not without a few accidents and malfunctions.

Salvage

After the invaders failed to take over the planet, they retreated, leaving the landing drone, and scout 3, which they'd failed to turn back to their side. needless to say, this had disastrous consequences, as the Vonarians could now salvage and reverse engineer their advanced technology, making a second war that much more difficult. The salvage was split up among the various countries, who made a point in grabbing every piece as quickly as possible.   Rezakia was the continent where the war was centred, so several free countries were littered with plenty of salvage, so long as they could retrieve it. The alliance made to defeat the invaders didn't specify any countries as off limits, and salvage was never discussed, so it was a finders keepers egg hunt scenario. Arlerik, Mregia and Ikrevia were the main salvagers trespassing on Rezakian countries to gather salvage, along with Hibekrisian black marketers.   Mregia got a good chunk of Plasma shield technology, enough to reproduce it.   Arlerik was hellbent on trying to acquire A.I technology and advanced robotics.   Ikrevia was more interested in the weaponry, as well as the black marketers, who would make a killing selling the deadly weapons to criminals.   One thing nobody got hold of was the Fusion reactors, most were damaged or destroyed during the war. A working Fusion drive would be the holygrail, and key to using all this advanced technology. It would be decades before a fusion drive could be reproduced natively, so finding functioning ones was extremely lucky.
