3040 and the future of Vonaria

I want for the Mregian Empire to one day conquer the whole planet. For now they have only half of Rezakia, a handful of countries which need a tight grip. They've recently suffered a civil war, which has caused instability and mistrust between the houses. It is Tekai Pofgyt's job to calm the situation, and unify the nation, making changes that will restore the glory of Mregia, and set the ball rolling for global dominance. Below is an overview of how I see each nation/ continent to be conquered, in chronological order.

Ikrevia

After having caused the first world war, and generally being a bunch of big dicks, Ikrevia is the next target for conquest. Arlerik will throw them under the bus, Mryzliria will be coaxed into helping Mregia commit a quick takeover of the country. But Ikrevia will not go down without a fight. During the mainland conquest, Mregian officials will be forced to commit genocides, and other heinous acts. These will be covered up, but rumours will break out to the surrounding countries. Arlerik and Mryzliria will turn a blind eye, glad to be rid of such a dangerous country of psychotic zealots. Even after Ikrevia has fallen, there will be many rebellions, skirmishes, and terrorist attacks. Basically an eternity of trouble and violence will stain the continent. A period of 20 - 40 years will be required to cool things down, and prepare for the next war.

Mryzliria

1. Tekai will likely be dead by now, and his descendants taken over. He will have married a beautiful girl from the Hyfel house. Mryzliria declares war on Mregia, hoping to cut them down to size before they become too powerful. Arlerik, Mylito, and Lioce will convene on the possibility on joining the war, to put a stop to Mregia before they become too powerful. Mylito declines, having taken a vow of peace. Arlerik will take a more subtle approach to taking down enemy number 1. Lioce will join the war in full, providing heavy seabourne resistance with their mighty navy, in much better shape than the exhausted Mregian navy.   With two exceedingly strong enemies before them, Mregia is in a difficult situation. Meanwhile, In Arlerik, the first test of a new weapon is performed, obliterating a small island, the Atomic bomb has been invented. Even after the worldwide agreement not to use nuclear technology of any kind. With the attention being held firmly in the north, Arlerik is safe to produce and test more of these weapons. If it weren't for Mylito's Titan, they may have gained a monopoly on atomic bombs. As Mregia was getting beaten on every front, a warning was to Lioce and Mryzliria, telling of Arleriks violation of the truce, but Lioce and Mryzlirias forces were too busy to bring justice, so the first Mregian/Mryzliria war was put to a stop as a truce was called to deal with the bigger threat of nuclear Armageddon.

Arlerik

With full knowledge of the truce, Arleriks nuclear bomb production went into overdrive, hoping to create enough to deter the coming navies. Unfortunately, Mylito had caught them by surprise again. A small army of robots, lead by a massive war machine designed by Titan, began an assault that tore through their coastal defences, and quickly made their way inland to destroy the nuclear production facilities. This attack would have worked too, if they hadn't been stopped by an even more secret weapon Arlerik had been producing. The field of genetics had been researched for quite some time in Arlerik, and it bore terribly powerful fruit. Organic war machines stood in the way of mechanical ones, and quickly dismantled the ill equipped robots. With their genetic abominations discovered, Arlerik put their plans into motion. People across the world had been replaced with clones, different only in that they could be controlled. After hearing a certain set of phrases, they were activated, and carried out their missions. Leaders were assassinated, equipment was sabotaged. Many of these clone agents remained unseen, either spying or waiting for the best moment to strike. The world was in chaos.   The unified navies of Mregia, Lioce, and Mryzliria were slowed down greatly en route to the Arlerik isles. Mylito was full of these clone agents, that had replaced a good portion of the populace, so it was utter chaos, forcing the Titan to weed them out and bring order back to the country. Arlerik was all set up for a counter strike, and followed through with lethal speed. Rezakia was already being invaded, helped in part by the clones. The next few weeks saw genetically perfected killing machines arriving on the continent, coming to blows with the Shells that still remained there. Meanwhile, the other continents were full of distrust and chaos, as anybody could be a clone. Slowly systems were worked out to facillitate some sort of order, and a start to stopping Arlerik before it was too late. The navies of the world now surrounded Arlerik, and began their assault. Mregia had attacked first, as they had naval bases and armies closest. As the country was quickly seized, Arlerik high command launched the few nukes they'd managed to stockpile, only 5 were launchable, but 2 were disabled, leaving 3 to find their targets in Eastern Rezakia, the Lioce Navy just off the coast of Arlerik, and a part of Mylito.   Over the next few weeks multiple high level officials in the Arlerik government are prosecuted, nuclear production factories are shut down and dismantled, the last of the clone agents are dealt with. The new Arlerik government is forced to sign a treaty of disarmament, cutting their armies down considerably, and any research restricted heavily. Although many of the organic war machines were euthanised, there are still a few of them that escaped into the Rezakian and Arlerik wilderness. (Some of these abominations will be captured by Hibekrian hunters and used in blood sports). Some clone agents also escaped their fates, making their way into the wilds to live out the rest of their short lives (Clones don't live very long, 10 - 20 years at most).   Tadvur Kiggra's rise to power takes place soon after this.

The second invader war?

It's likely been half a decade or more by now, so the Odesyfians are going to want to have another go at getting that precious water. Let's be realistic here: Vonaria is prepared, Lioce has a space program (first to land on the moon), and Vona simply has a much larger population, and army. Odesyfia is not going to win through a brute force invasion. Here are the options:   1. Set up a meeting, and negotiate peace, and possibly trade of water surplus, maybe an immigration option later on. // likely outcome: Failure, but there may be a partial deal with Mylito, which is ruled by Odesyfias own Titan drone. The safest option.   2. Go back into a full scale war, with better equipment and better planning. // Likely outcome: Failure, The countries of Vona are too well armed and war like to overpowered by even Odesyfias advanced technological power.   3. Nuke the planet.   4. Engineer a virus that will wipe out the population, or at least weaken it. // Likely outcome: Possible success, even if it doesn't affect the entire population, it would take out a large portion of the enemy forces, leveling the playing ground and allowing technological might to win over sheer numbers.   5. Pick a side and support them in world conquest in exchange for an alliance, and resources. // Likely outcome: Very good chance of success, having the technology and troop support of Odesyfia would make conquering the planet that much easier for both parties. Certain failsafes can be implemented along the way in case the chosen nation decides to aim for Solar system conquest as well. - The best choice in this case would be either Lioce, or Mregia.   It's just a matter of which they are most likely to pick, and which suits my end goal.   If they decide to go the biological warfare route and set a virus, it will be disastrous, and have worldwide consequences that will tip the balance of the planet, but also make an enemy of everyone, if they are unsuccessful in their invasion after the virus has wiped out a large portion of the population, they will be hard pressed to make a third attempt. Let's say they do engineer a virus, they would need to abduct a large sample from each country to make sure it does the most damage. Doing that without being detected will be difficult. They don't exactly have cloaking technology or flying saucers, neither can they just waltz into a city and grab someone. Even if they get found out, their spaceship technology is quite advanced compared to the rudimentary stuff that only Lioce, Mregia and Mylito have, so if found out, they would just need to be a bit more aggressive in abducting people. This will incur a time limit as Novai (Nations Of Vona Anti Invaders) gets their shit together and manages a counter attack.   If the virus is deployed, depending on the samples they were able to use, it will devastate many countries, killing, injuring, or disabling 40 - 70% of the population, and causing enough chaos to make an invasion much easier than without it. The only problem would be Titan and her army of robots, unaffected by the virus, and ability to produce a vaccine soon after it's deployment. Taking out Titan would ensure victory. Odesyfias first attempt to do this was thwarted with embarrassing ease. The best option would be to simply nuke Titan, and then proceed to deploy the virus.   Show Spoiler
The Invaders abduct for a few months before being found out. It quickly becomes apparent they have only one mothership, shuttling down troops to grab people. All eyes are on the skies searching for it before whatever they are planning comes to fruition. Three more months pass by, and the assaults by invader abduction squads have come to an eerie halt. People begin getting sick, dying. A worldwide plague. Mylito is least affected, but before she can begin studying the virus to produce a vaccine, Titan is hit by an orbital nuke. Three more months pass, and over a billion people have died, and 3 billion more are in varying states of sickness. The Lioceran government shuts down, plunging the continent into chaos. Mregia has several Arlerik scientists working on a cure, but each of their labs are hit by invader death squads. Just when things don't seem like they could get worse, the invader mothership lands, becoming the base of operation for their final invasion. Rezakia is bathed in blood as the invaders kill everyone they come across. Mregia and Mryzliria attempt a counter attack, but are simply too weak to get close enough to destroy the mothership, which will soon start pumping improved versions of the virus into the atmosphere.   Three small miracles combine, Titan has been repaired by her subjects and returns to studying the virus. A Mregian shock trooper, descended from Kessedriel, finds himself within spitting distance of the mothership. And a hurricane is brewing somewhere off the coasts of Arlerik. The hurricane grows in strength as it approaches the mothership causing the invader troops to all return to its' safe interior. The shock trooper notices this, and sends out a message telling the Mregian army they have a clear path to the mothership. Although a good portion of the army is wiped out by the approaching hurricane, they reach the mothership, and begin shelling it to high hell. This is not very effective, and the hurricane is growing stronger. The shock trooper suggests a simultaneous strike against a single spot, with all the ordinance they have. The shelling lasts 20 minutes, and is a successful, a sizeable hole has been opened up in the hull and plasma shielding. The Mregian troops can't get close enough to enter, on account of the hurricane, so it's up to the shock trooper to land the final blow. With a broken leg and dislocated arm, he breaks past the invader forces that moved to defend the breach. The Mregian army retreats to avoid further damage from the hurricane, planning to return and finish off the ship after it's died down, unaware that the shock trooper is still very much alive, and fighting his way to the engine room. The massive fusion drive that powers the motherships various systems and nearly impenetrable plasma shields is set to go critical. The ensuing explosion is so powerful is wipes out the hurricane, and creates a gargantuan crater, obliterating the shock trooper, and the entire invader army. World saved, yay.   Now the scales have well and truly become balanced in Mregias favour. Their only real enemies are Mryzliria and Mylito, with an uncertain new form of Lioce sure to rise from the ashes.
The better option, an Alliance with the strongest nation. Probably Mregia, or Lioce. If Mregia, then it would be that much easier for them to get back on their feet, and take over the world, plus they'd get some cool new tech and alien buddies to chat with (who are secretly plotting to overthrow their government as soon as world domination is achieved).   Show Spoiler
Mregia is contacted by the invaders, and talks begin, ending in an alliance. Invader ships land on Mregian soil. The Empire is torn between trust and acceptance of a strong, worthy ally, and mistrust of the evil plotting xeno freaks. Odesyfia gives fusion drives and advanced weaponry as a goodwill gift. Mregia graciously accepts, and begins improving their military technology using it. The rest of the world can only watch, prepare, and wait for the inevitable war to end all wars. Terrorist attacks, sabotage, and assassination attempts become rife in the empire. A few lords turn on the crown, and go rogue. The war begins, Mryzliria falls within a year, Mylito is nuked from orbit by the Odesyfians, Lioce launches weapons platforms into space to stop the same happening to them, destroying several Odesyfian ships. In the end, even Lioce falls to the might of the Empire. Rebel elements still remain across the planet, but there is no doubt that it now belongs to the glorious Mregian Empire.

Mylito

No doubt the most troublesome enemy to be faced by the Empire. But I won't write about it just yet, I've got over 100 years of history to sort out, so when I get to this point I'll work out exactly how to beat the noble Titan.
