The Entwined Triad is among the most powerful of the Firstborn. One of the few to retain its sanity, the Entwined Triad escaped the inevitable decline of the Firstborn by creating and dwelling within a pocket dimension of its own creation, known as the Surge. The Triad is believed to have dwelled within this dimension for the past 2 million years, observing the material plane, acting through its agents, The Tellers. Due to its absence, very little is known about the Triad. No mortal has reported entering the Surge. The Entwined Triad seems unconcerned with the majority of events that take place on the material plane but has seemed very interested in the recent exploitation of the other Firstborn.
