Basic Information
Anatomy
The servus are short with spindly limbs. They have bat-like noses and glossy large doll-like solid black eyes. They have pointed ears like an elf and instead of hair grow thin willow like leaves on its head. Their skin is smooth with mottled patches of green, brown and black. Being plants, do not exhibit mammalian sexual dimorphism but instead both sexes physiologically appear to what most fey or humanoid's would associate with a masculine body structure but during Sowing Seasons while mature and in good health they develop flowers in a laurel wreath pattern (of real world Roman Fame) around the sides and back of their heads right above their ears, with females having dense clusters of violet orchid-like flowers receptive to male Gymnosperms which readily wafts from the densely clustered dark purple dangling pollen emitting spherical stamen which encircle three quarters the male's crown. These flowers are very sensitive and as painful to damage as the humanoid or fey equivalence. Further detail is discussed in reproduction.
Additional Information
Social Structure
Servus often act as scouts or spys for the Imperium. They frequently have classes that allow them to track escaped slaves and bring them back to their owners for a finder’s fee. It is a task to which they are extremely talented given their keen talent for perception and stealth which includes their natural woodland camouflage.
Lifespan
Servus sprout from seed at the age of 8, grow to become mobile being by 15, mature around the age of 35 years, and have an average lifespan of 255 years.
