Pasajè Lang

Pasajè Lang is loosely translated Haitian Creole. It was chosen because of its mix of the Anglo-Germanic elements found in English and the flowing Romantic elements of French. Influenced by the Gehen Volki which uses loosely translated German, and Imperial which uses loosely translated Latin, it brings the flavor of evolved interconnected languages into Virtateron. Well suited for peppering words into an accented slow drawling dialogue, it casts native Pasajè Lang speakers as Cajuns. Cajun storytellers spinning yarns in swamps, bayou or gradually rafting down broad languidly moving rivers is both iconic and fits the Pasajè perfectly.

Geographical Distribution

Gwo Rév is the primary Region where this is spoken but it is also very common is port cities and towns due to the frequent mercantilism and piracy of the Pasajè.
