Demographics
City Center houses the wealthy nobles of Victoriam’s government. They are extremely wealthy, live in lavish estates, and are predominantly of European descent, with the exception of the Sapie family.
Defences
The connection between HighCircle and Nordocks is a raised bridge only operable from the HighCircle side.
Infrastructure
City Center possesses the Great Engine, and thus is the most stable of all of the Victoriam districts.
Guilds and Factions
The city is ruled by five houses of Government, each overseen by a noble family.
The Wyverstone family is the executive head of Victoriam, and presides over the ultimate outcome of any government action.
The Sapie family is the Advisory council to the Wyverstones. They are the most educated, have records in their estate dating back thousands of years, and have extensive knowledge of the city itself.
The Glorian family lead victoriam’s military, even though the city is not technically allowed to have one. They also oversee the city guard, and it is rumored that they have spies throughout the city for potential dissent.
The Lexington family is the judicial branch of Victoriam, overseeing any court matters involving nobles. They also are responsible for the Law school at the Imperial College of Victoriam (ICV).
Denerson house is the treasury of Victoriam. They oversee the royal bank, and operate the business department at the ICV.
Architecture
The hoses here are not just houses, but estates as only five families live in HighCircle. They have fairly large gardens, intricate architecture, and grandiose manors.
