Vi'Mara

In Progress
A smaller planet orbited by two moons, Vi'Mara consists of two main landmasses, Vi'taal and Vi'naak. The more densely populated, established, and urbanized continent is Vi'taal, home to three equally influential nations. Vi'naak sports more total landmass, but a large portion of the continent is uninhabitable, pushing its denizens to the eastern coast.   The two continents are at odds with each other, and easily tolerant when it comes to imports and trades. The people of Vi'taal hold a generally negative opinion of their counterpart, believing them to be hostile and cruel, this notion driven by the fact that the Vi'naan people reject their gods.   The three deities that make up Vi'mara are Alkist, The Moons, Castora, The Sun, and Lumenihl, The Stars. Lurinians, worshipers of Alkist, have one goal in their life; to seek autonomy, no matter the cost, and no matter the repercussions. Solsarians, worshipers of Castora, follow a strict code that promotes brotherhood and victory; holding treason as the highest of sins. Finally, Sterellians worship Lumenihl, an uncaring god who seeks to discover and spread knowledge, and considers hoarding or censoring information a grave anathema.   Because the religions are so different, and often chaotic, people sorted themselves into the three nations of Laestrom, Shasinia, and Castesia, in order to practice their own lifestyles as efficiently as possible, though this tends to create unwanted tension within Vi'taal itself.   The history of Vi'mara is barren, centuries of information lost curiously to time, and leaving its inhabitants in a confusing, morally bankrupt world where the only thing people are certain of, is that something terrible will soon happen.
