Special abilities
Fabian can use his link with Endale to see through the Dragon's eyes.
He also inherited his mother's proficiency with Sky magic. Unfortunately, Sylvia refrained from teaching him advanced techniques for fear of others realizing who she was.

Personal history
The half-Elf son of a mid-level Human merchant and a disgraced Elven noblewoman. Fabyan resents his mother’s family for disowning her, particularly her brother who orchestrated the affair to steal her inheritance. Specifically, he detests how the ordeal left his mother sad and depressed even to the present/her death and not over his family being denied her inheritance (while not the luxury of Elven nobility, the Beckens’ lived decently and Fabian grew up in a loving home despite his mother’s depression).

Fabyan is training as a merchant under his father.
Intellectual Characteristics
Having grown up around his family's trading business, Fabian has an understanding of negotiation and persuasion. He often uses this knowledge to try and defuse confrontations.
Morality & Philosophy
Fabyan, due to his merchant upbringing, is open to negotiation and always looks how to turn things to his advantage. However, he is always fair (though he may stretch that definition depending on who he is talking to).
Family is also very important to Fabyan, which is a large reason he holds a great degree of disdain for his mother's family after they disowned her. Interestingly, his anger stems from having to see his mother depressed over being cut off from her family and little to nothing to due with the inheritance she was denied.

Thanks to his growing up in a merchant house, Fabyan possesses significant negotiation and persuasion skills.
Fabyan also inherited his mother's Sky/Storm magic, though he's not as gifted as his relatives.
His fighting skills vary with hand-to-hand being his best having had more than his share of fights for being a Half-Elf. He's decent with long-knives as merchants often use them for defense on the road. Bows and archery are initially his weakest, though he does improve with time, especially once he learns to bolster his shots with Sky magic
