Manufacturing process

The production process is nearly identical to that of ordinary moccasins, the only difference being the addition of magical runes being carved into the middle layer of material in the soles. The runes mute the wearer's steps and draw power from the wearer's mana.

Significance

While you wear these boots, your steps make no sound, regardless of the surface you are moving across. You also have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks that rely on moving silently.
