Flokin Skjall

A Hobgoblin exile of Hobsrunne, and a former captain in the Hobsian army. Flokin lives outside of the small town of Mudd, on Vestra. He commands a fledgeling group of Goblins called the Sharpteef tribe . His demeanor is stoic, and harsh to those unfamiliar with Hobsian culture. His contact with Vestran civilization is limited, and he intends to keep his Goblins away as well. Taking up the role as leader, Flokin works to discipline the unruly bunch of "soldiers" he has at his command.

A stoic Hobgoblin, Flokin is not a man of many words. His martial ability and disciplined attitude point towards military service, but curiously he does not speak of it. He has resided amongst his platoon of goblins near Mudd for some time, until becoming the helmsman for The Sly Sea-dog, Mundiir's ship.
