Viceroy Garn Ironarm

The fifth Viceroy of Kulgar, Garn is a direct descendant of the man who rallied Kulgar against Hondaria, Thunis Ironarm.
Garn has lived most his life in Tuldar, and spent his younger years studying in The Julianos Magis. He is a rarity as a dwarven wizard, but he is rumored to have great arcane prowess. He is also said to possess wisdom beyond his years and is a staunch ally of Thuon Khor.
Garn is said to very wary of the Great Kahn of Hondaria, Zahn Toh. Rumors have spread that Garn is training mages specifically to counter any military threat from Hondaria, but thus far these rumors have been widely unconfirmed.
