The PCs are rare, gifted individuals. There isn't a wizard in every town. Magic is not common.   The two nations of interest on the namesake continent of Vero are Greypike, the steamtech nation, and Astyl, the fairy nation. They've had a history of war, but have long since made peace.   If you see the term "devtemp," know that it means a temporary line of text for the writer of the page. Ignore it.   WIP
