Vereldran

It has been millenia since the world of Vereldran last knew a true threat. Through the combined efforts of the worlds inhabitants, the Vereldrians had won victory against Karenal, a nightmarish demonic god from an equally hellish realm who had wished to enslave the world and also destroy large parts of it. The victory came at a great cost, for the heroic god Alren, the only one capable of standing up to Karenal had died. But the people had survived to live one more day, to see the world of Veredan and the rays of the sun shine upon them   In the decades, centuries and millenia that followed, the world gradually broke into disunity. To the North, the human nations constantly war and bicker. In the Central parts, the Dwarves and many other peoples live in an isolationist environment save for when they need to plunder or do something for their own usefulness   In the South, the realms of the Eldanar lie. Perhaps the most beautiful place to live in on Veredan, the Eldanar live a life of peace and prosperity, but turn a blind eye to the sufferings of the world. A few Eldanar have tried to make a difference but alas, they were too small and weak to make a significant one   After Thousands of years, the dark threat is returning again. Already the signs are visible but the nations still turn a blind eye towards it. Save for a select few people. The human blood Brothers Zeran and Varin of the Northern Kingdom of Baralis, the eldan princess Lithira, the Dwarven General Proteus are some of the few who know about this, and they are determined to do whatever it takes to fight against Karenal and win this oncoming war   This will be a journey of brotherhood, a journey of love and death where the various parties try to unite their respective nations with each other to stand united against this sinister threat, just like their ancestors did ages ago. They will have to journey across continents, seas, oceans, planets, moons, stars and even the planar realms and other realities themselves in search of the knowledge that could revive Karenal. All the while hoping that their efforts are not in vain, that they can see the sun rise one more day and this time, without any darkness to dispel it
