Admiral Johan Mueller
Johan Mueller is a human pirate captain and member of the city council of Arkona, the biggest city on Rugia. He is best known for stopping a Lachian invasion in 1850 AF. Johan organized the city's defence and is considered the founder and first commander of the Arkona Fleet, the military branch of the city's government.
Lachian fleet is approaching our city! They want to take away our freedom, but we won't let them! Everyone needs to give what they can. Ships, people, weapons!

Johan is a patriot and is ready to protect Arkona even it means that he would have to die. In his opinion, death for one's homeland is the greatest sacrifice and honour.
He is also very charismatic and loyal. Many people consider him one of the few people in the city who can truly be trusted.

Years of pirate life have taught Johan not to trust people he doesn't know well. That often makes him a difficult person to get to know and like. In his eyes, most people have an ulterior motive for wanting something from him.
