AKA The Chop Shop

HQ is the home of an unruly group of adventurers who make up a rainbow of different personalities and characters.
The building is a massive, single-story structure that takes up an entire city block. It was once used as a storage facility for an interstellar shipping company, but it has since been repurposed by the adventurers as their base of operations. The area is surrounded by a high metal fence topped with razor wire which bends into the concrete itself. There is an old electric panel at the entrance which works to verify identities and grant access to the building. 
The inside is a massive, open space filled with crates, boxes, and other shipping containers. The walls are lined with shelves, each one stacked high with supplies and equipment. Some supply boxes are blank while others are graffitid or bear the symbol of planar companies. 
The living quarters have repurposed old offices and storerooms in the center of the building. Each living space is unique, with personal touches and decorations reflecting the personalities of their occupants. The living quarters are sparse but functional, with metal bunks and lockers for each adventurer.
In addition to the living quarters, the warehouse also contains a kitchen, workshop, a medical bay, and a training area. The kitchen area is a communal space, with a large industrial-sized stove and oven, and a long metal table where the adventurers gather to eat and plan their next adventures. The workshop is filled with tools and equipment, allowing the adventurers to repair and upgrade their gear. The medical bay is stocked with supplies and equipment to treat injuries and illnesses, while the training area is equipped with holographic simulators for combat practice. 
Attached to the workshop is a weapons room, hidden behind training mats. The room is stockpiled with differernt types of melee and ranged weaponry from different quests and loot finds. The weapons room also contains an escape tunnel which leads to a grate on the southern exterior of the building. 

The Ship

While the acquisition of the ship is contested, it remains hidden within an old shipping bay deep inside the warehouse. The ship is currently not in a condition suitable for flight but with some upgrades, players could eventually get it airbourne. 

Upgrades

The Wasp ship can be upgraded in many ways to enhance its performance and increase its capabilities. Here are some possible upgrades for a Wasp ship:

• Enhanced Weapons: One of the most straightforward upgrades is to improve the ship's weapons. This can include upgrading the ship's cannons, adding new types of weapons, or installing more powerful energy weapons. These upgrades can make the Wasp ship a formidable opponent in combat.
• Spelljamming Helm Upgrade: The spelljamming helm is the core component of any spelljamming vessel. Upgrading the helm can improve the ship's maneuverability, speed, and ability to navigate through the phlogiston. • Hull Reinforcement: Space travel can be dangerous, and a sturdy hull is critical for surviving unexpected collisions or attacks. Reinforcing the Wasp ship's hull with stronger materials, such as mithril or adamantine, can provide extra protection against damage.
• Life Support System: In the vastness of space, having a reliable life support system can mean the difference between life and death. Upgrading the Wasp ship's life support system can provide better oxygen recycling, water purification, and temperature control.
