In response to civil unrest at home, Fleet Admiral Valcore Sil encourages the Admirals of Sparnell Fleet Command to "seek glory in the universe," turning their eyes once more toward the subjugation of their neighboring factions, particularly the Freehold planets lost during the Confederation Civil War, and the planets of the magically-inferior Space Defense Legion.
