Arlund
Arlund is the gnome owner and operator of Arlund's Alchemical Oddities. Wrinkles adorn his face and streaks of grey wind through his blue dyed hair. His shop lies on the Prime Material plane but he avoids franchising by having magical portals connect his shop to several large cities. He established the portal to Cinderhaven when he learned that the Steel Cindicate was coming to town.
