Circle of Advisors

The Circle of Advisors is a governmental organization that serves directly below the Emperor , they are held in high regard though some councilors are bitter of them having more of a voice with the Emperor.

Structure

While one, typically the eldest, serves as the leader of the organization they all stand on equal footing. They were all hand appointed by Emperor for the position and as such all work together to fufil their duties as best they can.

Culture

Their primary concern is with supporting and fullfilling the role they were given as aid to the Emperor. They more often than not will meat to discuss things themselves and then speak to him once they have decided on a course of action to suggest. They try to avoid stepping over each other and work hard to reach agreements and compromises that they each agree on so as to give the best advice.

Public Agenda

To serve as council and reason to the Emperor, they do not typically interact with the public much in this role though in personal roles outside of the Circle of Advisors, that is a different matter.

Assets

As an organization they do not require much in the way of assets as mostly the members are the assets though there is a relatively high budget with which they are paid and can aid in public works.

History

When the empire was founded Rai Reirha took the advice given to him by his caretaker and teacher Quixen and had the Circle of Advisors written into the governmental foundations. This would allow him to choose trusted individuals who were experts in various fields of study and society to advise him on how best to seek solutions to problems he has no knowledge of how to handle.
