Opticon

The Opticon is an ancient structure of unknown origin located atop a bluff overlooking the Sacred City of Nova Fossa and the city of Hektos. It is counted as part of the sacred city of Nova Fossa. The Opticon serves as the epicenter of religious and magical studies in the known world. It is the seat and residence of the High Optaine, the highest magistrate of Solarion under Tractual Novarianism. In addition the Opticon houses the Comita Asteriana, a council composed of the highest magistrate from each of the Asterial Houses.
