Erasmus Dasmeralrus

A eccentric alchemist and minor wizard who lives in the same district as the Boyant family house.

Known for regularly causing their home to get destroyed in various ways. Has enough magical power but very focused, to rebuilt it every time. The nearby houses have grown to give the place a bit of extra space over time.

Most well known for making potions. Generally of excellent craftsmanship but sometimes they have odd side effects. He also makes utterly random potions all the time such that even he does not know what they do.
