Oceanic Draga

After the fall of the Korrian Empire, a contingent of Draga split themselves off from Palavos and Korris altogether, and pledged themselves to an Oceanic Dragon, and went to live in the Iridian Sea to the east of Korris. They look similar to other Draga, but have gained some physical characteristics of leafy and weedy sea dragons. They have long frills that resemble kelp, and can be many different bright colors.
Oceanic Draga Traits:
Like their surface-dwelling cousins, Oceanic Draga were born of dragons. Their Oceanic dragon heritage manifests itself with traits unique to these draga. You can play a Oceanic Draga by making the following modifications to dragonborn racial stats:
• Replace the Damage Resistance trait with the Oceanborn and Stream Breath traits
• Add ‘Sea’ to the list of dragons in the Draconic Ancestry table and use its damage type for the Breath Weapon trait
Oceanborn. You have a swimming speed of 30 feet, and you can breathe air and water.
Steam Breath. When using your Breath Weapon you blast out a cone of steam. Creatures and objects that are fully immersed in water do not have resistance to fire damage caused by your steam breath.
