A kingdom is finally united out of the disparate tribes.

After the first king of Nelqora died, the tribes broke up and went back to bickering. At long last, the mantle of King Calmacil is taken up again by a stronghanded ruler. Unfortunately, he was hated for his methods, and his name has been struck from all records.
