Numaralumas Moondrop

Grown from the Numaralumas Tree, the Moondrop is a critical part of Silvarran customs and traditions.   The tree typically produces small buds during the month of Rivergorge. Over the course of a few weeks these buds will begin to turn shades of red, yellow, and orange. After this, the petals open and splay upward, where the fruit first becomes visible. At this time the fruit is roughly the size of a grape, but over the course of a the next 4 weeks it grows to the size of a typical peach.   The flesh of the fruit is white or gray, usually with much darker blemishes about its surface. This appearance and it's similarities to the moon are why it was given its name.
