Draconid Isles

The Draconid Isles are a series of islands of various sizes along the southwestern edge of Vallonde, many of which are too small to see even upon the worldmap. They are characterized by dense tropical rainforests, and a high diversity of fauna and foliage not found anywhere else in the world. The Isles experience frequent monsoons, during the summer and autumn seasons, making it one of the most unsafe shipping lanes during those times. The region contains the highest density of volcanic activity compared to any other region in the world. Alongside with the Dragonshead Peninsula, it is the homeland of the Draconid races, including Dragonborn, Kobold, and Lizardfolk.
During the 2nd Epoch, regions within the Draconid Isles were found to be saturated with Esperite, leading a series of wars between the Sorcerers for control, and the genocide of the Lizardfolk people.
