Lylla's portrait
-Look at what this peasant has brought to our King! Indecent!-Yeah.. we should kick him out...-Are you making a sketch???
Lylla's portrait was a scandalous piece of art commissioned by Lylla's herself as a part of her plan to seek human's attention and get one of them in her bed. Not anyone, someone worthy enough of her.
Every element in the painting is a symbol of her sexual invitation:
- Exposed arms, cleavage, legs and feet.
- The light silk tunic she is wearing is identical to what people wore in their most intimate moments with their lovers.
- The stance with open legs and the arm at the waist was a typical posture to show a willingness to engage in sexual activities.
- The green on the cup symbolizes tenderness the golden means"I enjoy power".
- The bracelets and the rope in the waist are hints of the preference to tie one's lovers.
- The red roses in the background are the symbol of passion.
-What's all the fuss about?-Your Majesty! We are sorry you have to witness this indecent painting.-Why? it's clear the artist is very talented.-It comes with a letter Your Majesty.-Give me the letter and take the painting to my private quarters.
No one knows if Lylla's portrait was destroyed or is kept hidden somewhere by one of King Alane's descendants. Before Alane's betrayal and Lylla's curse, the painting had a central place in the throne room. After King Alane returned the original painting was never seen again.
