Lower God

There are two groups of beings belonging to the Divine race, the High Gods, and the Lower Gods. the higher gods were either born into divinity or are mortals that ascended into divinity with their own capabilities. The Lower Gods, are mortals that were raised into divinity by a High God or in some rare cases were the offspring of a God and a mortal, though this subgroup, unlike the other lower gods possesses the ability to ascend to High Godhood but also start off much weaker than other Lower Gods.

do not need sustenance but tend to enjoy partaking in the foods and drinks that they enjoyed in their mortal lives. They are also directly dependent upon the High God who raised them into godhood.
