Unified Technocratic Code and The basics of Laniakean Language

Across ancient history, humans communicated with one another through sound waves that were transmitted orally. In modern Laniakea, this method of speaking is seen as just as primitive as the apes from which those same humans evolved. For millions upon millions of years, humans and AI alike have and still do communicate with each other not through noise, but through electromagnetic radiation.
Virtually all humans are equipped with mind machine interfaces and AI just inherently have CPUs. Inside of these MMIs and CPUs is the language software required to speak languages such as Unified Technocratic Code. Also every person, both AI and human, have wireless network interface modules that allow them to receive and transmit wireless data to and from targeted networks. With these technologies, people in Laniakea can communicate telepathically.
This is where Unified Technocratic Code comes in. UTC is the language that almost everybody speaks in the Laniakea Imperial Technocracy. It consists of a system of binary values that are each allocated different meanings. If a person wanted to say "hello" to their friend, they'd look through their metal database to locate the binary value that means "hello". Then, they'd transmit that data from their own brain and into their friend's brain with a unique tag that indicates who sent the message. Assuming that the friend isn't angry with the person for whatever reason, and hasn't blocked off the person's access to their brain, the friend's mind machine interface will successfully receive that binary value and compare it with its own database. Once the friend's MMI realises that the sent value matches the database value for the word "hello", the friend will instantly and intuitively gain the understanding of what the person said.
Different languages across Laniakea contain different values for different meanings but overall, the technology behind language remains relatively consistent. Even in the extremely advanced nation of the Ascendency of Sentients, the only large deviation from the technological blueprints is the fact that the data is transmitted through microscopic wormholes rather than through open space. This wireless data transmission is the basic idea behind almost all communication in Laniakea. Different language systems using different mediums other than EM radiation do exists but for the most part, they're quite obscure.
