Gold Coast

Country of the fertile and visually appealing in south central Sefir Daeg. The humid climate allows versatile farming, and the temperate mountains in the west provide good soil for hearty vegetables. Gold Coast has projected its influence for almost a thousand years, in some form or another. Its most recent iteration is also its most secure, not pressing any border issues and not allowing any pressed on it.

Relations with Paluchia Confederacy

Gold Coast wishes to bring their western neighbor into their domain. The Paluchia Confederacy staunchly disagree. There have been no wars fought over this for a century, but the same feelings remain for both sides. The Paluchian feel it is subjugation while Gold Coast sees it as unification. Gold Coast's reasoning is that they are truly the same people, only separated by the mountains, and they do share similar cultures. The Paluchia see the yoke of the Gold Coast and fear it, choosing to stay in their mangroves fighting off yuan-ti and lizardfolk. Gold Coast vows assistance militarily and otherwise, but the Paluchia "choose who to fight, and how."
