Ut'wan Olo'khu

The Seven City War has raged throughout the Saiwa region of Ut'wan Olo'khu for the last 840 years. The seven great aquatic elven cities' constantly shifting allegiances and power plays have subsided and a peace accord has been announced. The fears and terrors of war are beginning to ebb as news spreads and hopes are beginning to grow that a new age of prosperity is about to start.   The city of Sieraad, the Twilight Jewel of Saiwa, has been celebrating the announcement. But while the city celebrates, Archmage Ragin has been studying missives and tomes without rest. He now has a task of the utmost importance. Who will he trust with this mission?
