Dust Dervyl Pass

The north-south road between the cities between Meddle and Avail winds through low mountains.  Within the winding canyons travelers on the road might be attacked by Dust Elementals. The attacks happen each year during the dryest times of the year. Supposedly they started over a hundred years ago. Stories say that they attack and destroy things. They say that when four have been killed the attacks stop.  A benefactory to the old ones was built there in hope of it driving them away.  But some of the stations have been torn apart by the Dust Dervyls.
