Level 0: The Zedebar Gates
Ground Zero
The Gates of Zedebar is the only above ground level of Sogeti. Named such for the monolithic pillars used to create the 2 layers of walls that form around and within the level, risen by one of the city's founders, Zedebar the Boundless. These Iron Brown walls have ensured that the Dragon Lords and Reptilian Natives have never succeeded in conquering the Underground City.
The Zedebar Gates consists of 3 districts:
- The Beggar's District, a place for those who can't afford entry or are resting just outside the city gates
- The New Guard, where younger soldiers of The Silver Pommel go to learn the ins and outs of the being a guard on the Walls of the Zedebar Gates
- The Old Guard, where the more veteran and older guards are sent to watch over as this is also where the inspection checkpoints are before entering into the Under-City
Demographics
Mostly Guards with a few smaller groups of civilians and non-citizens of the city.

A multitude of towers are placed within the Towering walls that ensure the protection of the entrance into the city.

Guilds and Factions
The two Guilds that hold the most authority on this Level are the Silver Pommel as they are responsible for the soldiers that protect and maintain the public and government sectors of the city and the Excavators as they are in charge of the flow of trade, which includes the Portal.
History
The walls of Zedebar have survived two attempts of conquering the settlement. One, an attack from the Dragon Lords when the walls were only the inner layer, and a Second from the Voshkana.
Architecture
The Gates, walls, and buildings of Zedebar are made form a stone infused with raw iron that has been battered and hardened from Dwarven hammering, cutting, and carving of the stone unearthed upon the digging of the lower levels of the city. The inner walls and buildings are notably more ashy due to the suns beating down on the stone for a longer period of time.
Geography
The Gates of Zedebar are surrounded by a few large cragged rocks jutting out and around the City with most of the land lacking much vegetation and life.
Natural Resources
if any surrounding the gates, it could be the occasional ore and gems scrounged up near the bases of the jagged outcroppings that surround the Gates.
