Unnamed Superhero World

With the emergence of special mutations that alter humans to have powers. No one knew just what the impact would be on the world with the first person to show signs. Now about 20% of the world's population holds some sort of power. Some use the tried and true spandex and masks and act as vigilante crime fighters to show humans their just trying to help, others take the law into their own hands and do just about anything to take down criminals. While plenty others use their powers for less moral reasons, often resulting in a public outcry on powers and their dangers.   The major consensus on mutants is that their a danger and their powers need to be regulated as to cause fewer issues and stop destructive battles in the middle of the street. Plenty of politicians and companies have taken this chance to gain love and support and use it against the supers.\   Though some have tried and are still trying to show that without heroes able to use their powers, then any criminal with powers will still use their with no care for anyone lives
