The inhabitants of the moon

They blame all of their problems on the other planet in the system. Although some of their problems have been, it's not entirely their fault. Most are from their poorly planned projects to make a better place to live, but ultimately it leads to them having nothing and blaming others for it. Nothing that they have done has lead to any improvement so their thinking that there are being manipulated and lied to. And all the new laws to take their land doesn't help the other populations likeability.
They are a tight-knit people. Together they can go through anything even the total collapse of civilization. Their ability to survive is incredible, but they lay blame on others and can't take it for themselves. There only good relationship is with the scientists of the grand peninsula their help has been the only thing keeping them from going to "war". But it seems that thing isn't going to get better between the two cultures because the sun of the system is having an unknown kind of fit and is throwing out more and more radiation.
They live in the most rundown place in the universe. They have nothing more than the land that they sit on. Farming on this rock is very unproductive giving much less than put in. on the other hand, animals aren't an option They live a balancing game to feed everyone and still be possible to live there.They can't take a large surge of people.
There are still parts that haven't been explored before On the surface of the moon. Some say that there are other civilizations on the moon or at least in the many caves systems of the planet. In the government offices, there is remorse of a shadow organization that really rules the moon, but that's probably a lie from the other habitable planet in the system to discredit us.
