Nanfangren
The Nanfangren (lit. translation: People of the Southern Kingdoms) are an ethnic group that resides in southern Mistral, Vale, Rusia, Fuso, Kingdom of Goreyo, and in the United Settlements. Most Nanfangren reside in Vale and in the United Settlements but there are considerable amounts of Nanfangren living in other kingdoms/countries. Throughout the history of the United Settlements, the Nanfangren have been hired as seamen and as trackers by the Homeland Militia to help protect their seas and to help pioneer their way to new lands to establish new settlements. A common feature of these people is their pitch-black hair and their dark, marron-colored eyes. Some of their most common Semblance traits are the use of element bending, superstrength, and clairvoyance. Some rarer Semblances found by the Nanfangren are the utilization of necromantic-like powers and the use of summoning arts similar to Glyphs.
