United Settlements of Libertalia

A group of 50 settlements that came together to form the United Settlements in the world of RWBY. The settlements are modeled around a constitutional republic and has a democratic government that governs all settlements with each settlement having their own governor. The United Settlements is based on the United States but with its own taste. This alternate version of the United States also goes into alternate history of our own while keeping true to the world of RWBY. Here a bunch of what-ifs are born and are implemented with much effort. Other countries are featured here in their alternate forms/selves.
