The Exitum of Kronus 153 B.E.C.

Migration to the New Colonies

In the aftermath of the Purification War the month before, the very few remaining people of Kronus began to make preparations to leave the destroyed world they once called home. After the unconditional surrender message was sent by the chairman of the Pira Administrative zone people were stranded in pockets of the planet that were not directly hit or affected by the Extranian God Rod weapons. The chairman of Pira also sent out a message to all military assets still alive to rendezvous at his location at a base near the southern ice cap, bringing any surviving people, and ships they could find along the way.
Eventually only about 25,000 people made it to the south pole along with ten ships. Theses ships were mostly freighters, agri-ships, and small passenger liners. In addition to these unarmed vessels, two small patrol vessels were able to join the flotilla with the military leaders left alive residing and commanding the fleet from here. These ships would later be dubbed "The Arks" as they were the few remaining ships that were able to ferry the remainder of Kronus's people to a new home On their way out of the solar system the people of The Great Fleet found that all of the stations and mining colonies in the asteroid belt had also been attacked, how this came to be however was unknown as the Extranus were not known to have a navy. 
The Great fleet would travel for over 150 years until they found the new star system they would come to inhabit and colonize from.

The Farseers of the Fleet

Farseers are generally members of the Ordium Telepathica as they have immense psychic ability. These Farseers are usually able to induce a trance like state of mind in order to have visions and glimpses of events to come. Most Farseers are usually only able to induce these visions once in their lifetimes, if at all, the process and experience taking a huge toll on their mental sanity and physical health. But a few gifted souls are able to go see not only glimpse of events, but whole events or scenes from a time to come. The Farseers Marna, and Sirion both were able to induce great visions and have them recorded in new scripture books named after them. 
The Book of Sirion accurately saw and recorded the location of the system the people of Kronus would land in. From this information he was able to create a new calendar more suited to the new system in advance. Thus the standard Sirion Calendar was created.
However the Book of Marna details a far more sinister and destructive chain of events. In her vision Marna was able to see a "a cluster of objects trailing red, moving in tandem in their dread, from a shattered world they hail, to where they go I cannot fathom." What the cluster of objects are, the people of the fleet did not know, and the shattered world she spoke of remains a mystery. 

A New Era

After 153 years of traveling through the dark emptiness of space, searching system after system for a planet to call home The Great Fleet found a system with several colonization planets. After selecting the largest habitable planet in the system the people of the fleet landed and converted their ships into buildings for their new capital settlement of New Pira. After the long and difficult era before colonization, the people of Kronus now changed their time counting from B.E.C. to A.C. - After Colonization. Thus began the long road to rebuilding the great civilization that was left behind on Kronus.
