Thought Scratcher

The Chieftain of Kerlostra, when he got back, in reverence to Morvion's village gives him a tiny token. It is a quill feather about 8" long. The shaft is dark blue while the vanes are bright red. Toward the bottom of the quill, the down feathers are more purplish. He calls it a thought scratcher.
