User changes into a 8' grey mako shark when submerged in salt water. As per the Beastform II spell. The change automatic, as is the change back to the user's normal form when exiting the water. The user can decline to change into a shark when entering salt water, as well as can change back to their normal form as a standard action at anytime. The magic of the duster can't be used more than once in an hour's time. As the duster is designed to be worn in a jungle climate, the wearer suffers no ill effect or discomfort when wearing the duster in humid heat. In fact, the duster is quite cool.
The raiders from Teseriac use similar dusters, though their dusters generally transform the user into large manta rays.
