Oberic, Azurielicus

A ranger orc from the Pryson. His actual species is Caristillian, though for all intents and purposes he looks like an orc.
He is extremely well spoken and a natural diplomat.
He is currently a warden of the Pryson.
When Torim Rae and he first meet, he claims the title of the Third Radiancy Archon to the First Prefect of Transience Transcendentalism and says this is basically a way to say he is in training to be a guard. He states his home location as the Luminary Gardens in Gashmyr.
As to his name, the naming tradition he follows is surname first so he introduces himself as Azurielicus Oberic if he is giving his full name.
