Larzunio The Rope
One of the later students of Perlachio Zenfellon, he is said to have been discovered when Perlachio came across metal sculptures of such beauty that mortals would leave their loved ones so that the could worship the statues after just one sighting. Perlachio spent years searching out the gifted sculptor before finally locating him.
When he found him, what he found was a skinny man who had devoted his life to the study of bodily movement. Larzunio was not only an accomplished sculptor but also a great devotee of both dance and martial arts.
Seeking to learn from Larzunio, Perlachio offered to teach and make Larzunio a martial artist of unparalleled skill. Larzunio took up his meager belongings and began to follow Perlachio.
Larzunio is often called the Rope because he always wore a simple robe with a sisal rope as a belt tying it closed. The man himself was shorter than most humans and had thick black hair. The stories describing him say the hair on his arms and legs were so thick that he almost looked more like an ape than a human.
Under Perlachio, he also became a master armorsmith and weaponsmith, using his metal crafting skills to make powerful weapons of war. He helped many of the other students create most of their artifacts, crafting the basic items which would eventually be enchanted into becoming the artifact.
For himself, he made the great armor Relentless Sanctuary, more out of practice than for any great need. He then went to the other students to have them add a little of their craft to his armor in return for crafting the beginning pieces of their artifacts. The end result was an armor which could possibly defeat any of the other items. Perlachio gave his blessing on the most defensive item being the baffle to the other items and in a process beyond any of his students, enchanted the armor so it could exist within Larzunio's rope belt to be called forth as needed.
Legend has it that Larzunio himself never made use of his armor in an actual combat situation, always preferring to rely on his martial arts prowess.
