The sixth of the great Coteries, this Coterie is least understood. They have some overlap with Coterie Jokarvache with regards to events on the Zygarosse and some suspected overlap with Coterie Zaytaltarn with regards to having a connection with the past. What is known is that their agents and factors might show up taking interest in any event for no apparent reason. What might seem like intruding on another Coterie's realm of influence happens, yet there never seems to be any strife from this. One key element which does seem to be uniquely Kas Dais is that of the Tribute Barge. When it arrives from sources unknown upriver, it is always captained by followers of Kas Dais. And once it arrives at port, Kas Dais takes care of initially unloading it. Of the rare sightings of the Coteries outside of Si'Nassa's area of influence, it is usually members of Kas Dais. The symbology of the Kas Dais flag is a matter of much debate. There are allusions to many of the areas of influence where they intrude on the other Coteries. Of great interest in the spiraled snake. No one knows. Many think that this Coterie somehow deals with lands beyond Si'Nassa's control.
