Camoray \ˈkam-ȯr-ā\

Camoray is the planet which resulted after Coalescence. Coalescence occurred when the gods and wizards of Pyrideon attempted to move their world to a new universe. In doing so, Pyrideon appeared where another world already existed, causing the two to combine. The other world was Nakir, a primitive jungle world.   Larger than Earth - it is almost 40,000 miles in diameter. While more massive, the gravity isn't noticeably higher for the inhabitants, coming in around 1.5 G.   It has 13 moons, most smaller than our Moon. Going back to before Coalescence - Pyrideon actually had a verdant green sister planet name Vrask. Now - only the ghost of the planet remains - on rare nights (about once every 20 years) the ghost planet can be seen and it takes up a good portion of the sky.   Camoray circles a trinary star system. The stars, though different kinds, are roughly the same mass and circle each other in a 14-day cycle that completes a continuous figure 8.   Because of the 3 stars, Camory must reside at a further orbit. Each day is approximately 25 hours compared to our 24 hours (the day is still divided into 24 hours), and there are 572 days to a year. Essentially a year is 1.63 times longer than an Earth year.   With regards to seasons, they are set up very similar to what one would expect to find on Earth.   While the world is mostly water, 3 continents exist.   The primary continent - with regards to civilization - is Arisilon. It contains many of the nations of Pyrideon and most of what survived Coalescence can be found here. All of the Rynth cities are found here, Kryalin, as well as the Falcronian Empire, Cal Confederate, Borez, and the Empire of the Thorn.   A much smaller continent is Zylonica. Near Arisilon - it is mostly tropical and covered in dense jungles. The primary inhabitants, Zyloans, are elvish humans who have blue pigmented skin which is actually capable of photosynthesis. They live in close harmony with their surroundings and almost all their technology is biologically based.   On the opposite side of the planet is a supercontinent known as Mashapaloopa. It is so large it extends from one pole almost to the other. Probably about 60% of the land mass is caught up in this one continent. While it is mostly primitive, small pockets of civilization do exist. This continent is largely made up of the remnants of the other world Nakir. Massive dragons, known as dragon lords, rule over small pockets of the continent. Each of these dragons is not a dragon in the typical sense. They are the size of small towns and have powers which rival those of the gods. It's is their appearance alone which has them labeled as dragons due to their draconian appearance. Where they come from is speculation. The dragons themselves have never said. Some think they come from Nakir also, however, others believe that maybe a 3rd world, possibly an ethereal spirit world, was absorbed during Coalescence and is the true birthplace of the dragon lords.
