"Don't you think it is a bit vain to name a star constellation after your race?" Aùshe asked.

"Why would it be we name the stars after what we know and there is nothing a dragon knows more than the strength of our wings." Bridtrerchier replied.

Seen in the northern hemisphere of Miyla this cluster of stars does not serve any navigational purposes unlike the constellation next to it. The stars appear to look like a crooked "W" but the Winged Dragons have always seen them as a pair of upside-down wings. The ability to fly is important to the dragons so when out gazing at the night sky this is a group of stars that dragons look for during the cool days of autumn.   The folk story behind the constellation various a bit between the Black Wing Flight, Golden Wing Flight, Blue Wing Flight, Pearl Flight, and Crimson Wing Flight but the similarities are that a dragon gave both of their wings to save the rest of the flight from a disaster. As a reward for their sacrifice God hung the wings up in the sky.
