Pfussäwinn Witts Neaitsdt (ˈpfuzɛvɪn vɪts ˈnəaɪtst)
The headquarters of Pfussäwinn Witts was once the government building of Bridt Schtricksüker they are the council leaders of Bridt Sche and for now still have some control of the country but that has dwindled down to no control."So this is the Pfussäwinn Witts Neaitsdt I guess as a Sörnstasschto this must feel like coming home." Nyesi said with a tone of awe mixed with disgust at the jet stone work that surrounded them.
"I guess it would feel that way if I remembered any time I spent here." Raga replied walking forward and studying the unfamiliar room around him.
Purpose / Function
As the headquarters for Pfussäwinn Witts, the building is where all of the company makes its major decisions and houses some of the higher-ups in the company. The building has many conference and break rooms and some lab space where new technologies are being developed and researched. The last floor serves as Kaan Pfussäwinn's, the leader of the company's, office and living space after his father Sädägier Pfussäwinn was killed by Azrimor Mäpwüsofdt. The building also serves as the headquarters for the Söchdt Blannäbe Schennsch or SBS a department that is a specialized investigation and defense force which is also closely stationed with Kwönnsch Püerngsing and the Black Wing Army since the organization works with both. Organizations like Wen Fleppdt and Wen Tardtro which are also apart of Pfussäwinn Witts are also headquarter here.
Back when the Bridt Schtricksüker was still in power however the happenings in the building focused on making decisions for the country that were not filled by also thinking about a bottom line. The upper floors had offices for each branch of government with the greater council meeting on the top floor. Since the building is very sizable the army was also housed here with medical and training facilities on those levels. The local government for Nyiltokti was also housed in the building but on the mid-lower levels so that they were closer to the people that they governed. As Pfussäwinn Witts grew in power however the concerns for everyday people became less of an issue as the company only cared about ruling over the city. The mayor stands as a figurehead and the council's power has been diminished enough that the flight cannot organize any form of resistance against the company.
The only thing that seems the same after the name change on the building and the politics of Black Wing Dragons is that in this building people are in power and make choices to change the lives of those around them regardless of motive.
Alterations
When the building was in transition between the two powers the main council chamber was moved to a much lower level in the building while the grand space was then turned into a single office for one Dragon. The other offices on the levels just before the new office has also been converted into a large lab space where Dr. Henskre Glychau conducts many experiments that would have been left on paper if the main government was still in charge. There are also a few floors that are just dedicated to telling the history of Pfussäwinn Witts without a mention of Bridt Schtricksüker.
Tourism
On some of the higher floors before some of the conference rooms, a break room, Dr. Glychau's labs, and Kaan's office there is a museum that uses 5 floors to educate visitors on the history of the company and the doings of the company. One floor is educated to Sädägier and his accomplishments as the former president of Pfussäwinn Witts. Kaan is content to leave that floor like that but work will start on removing his father and making exhibits in his honor instead. The second one focuses on the different departments that the company including urban development and public security which were two things that the company got from the local government. The third floor has a miniature of Nyiltokti and highlights the Konn Prünnzu reactors that power the city. The fourth floor has an auditorium that has a presentation that goes into further detail about the company and its mission. The fifth and final floor of the museum is a grand library where all of the official documents are kept and where the mayor's office is. Throughout the tour, a visitor will not be hearing anything about Bridt Schtricksüker and this has helped the people of Nyiltokti believe that Pfussäwinn Witts is in charge of all of the happenings in the city while the actual government either doesn't exist or is too weak and lazy to do anything against the company.
There is no place to stay within the building proper so visitors will have to find lodging somewhere else in Nyiltokti nor are there any places for visitors to eat. There are public restrooms but only in the lobby and the floors where the museum is.
