Qualifications

The only true qualification to be Head is to meet a certain level of knowledge in the Mourn trade.

Requirements

The Head of Mourn can only be taken on by the current second-in-line of the Mourn family name if there is no second-in-line than the first cousin becomes the Head and have to be at least 17 years of age or older.

Duties

The Head of Mourn oversees the Guild of Mourn, occasionally assists in matters that regard the City of Mourn, and personally attends the funerals of big names like Monarchs/Government Leaders/or even the Paragons.

Benefits

The Head of Mourn holds a seat in the City of Mourn council, which automatically gives them a voice in the decision-making process and they can influence how certain laws are altered or removed.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

The Head can only be removed from their title should they abuse their power, break family rules, or gain a different title/rank in another big organization, an example of this is that of a previous Head that became a Paragon of Passion and was removed as the Head of Mourn.
